1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how lnchkit collects, uses, and protects information when you visit lnchkit.com or purchase the $199 checkout page. Contact: lnchkit.com/contact or hello@lnchkit.com.

2. What we collect

• Contact and order details: email address and payment confirmation metadata associated with your Stripe checkout (we receive notice that you paid. Stripe processes the card).
• Intake form data: business name, services, prices, your Stripe Payment Link, and other details you choose to provide so we can build your checkout page.
• Site contact form: name, email, business, and message you submit through lnchkit.com.
• Email correspondence: messages you send to hello@lnchkit.com.
• Technical basics: standard server or hosting logs (e.g. IP address, browser type, pages requested) that may be collected by our hosting provider in the ordinary course of operating the site.

We do not ask for your customers' card numbers. Customer payments run through your Stripe account.

3. How we use information

• To fulfill $199 checkout page orders and deliver your page.
• To reply to questions and support requests.
• To process refunds or resolve payment issues when needed.
• To improve the site and service in aggregate (e.g. understanding which pages are visited), without selling personal data.

4. Payments (Stripe)

Purchases are processed by Stripe. Card data is handled by Stripe under Stripe's privacy policy and terms. We receive confirmation of payment and related business details needed to fulfill your order, not your full card number.

5. Cookies and analytics

This site does not use ad trackers. Essential cookies or local storage may be used by the site platform, Stripe checkout, or hosting for security and basic function. When configured, PostHog product analytics may load to help us understand how the site is used (for example which pages are visited). PostHog is product analytics, not advertising. We will update this Policy if that setup changes in a material way.

6. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers who help us operate (e.g. Stripe for payments, email delivery, hosting) under instructions to use it for those purposes, or when required by law.

7. Retention

We keep order and intake records as long as needed to fulfill the service, handle support or disputes, and meet basic bookkeeping or legal obligations. You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you (see below). We may retain limited records where the law requires or for legitimate dispute/tax purposes.

8. Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a small digital services business. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Please use strong unique passwords on your Stripe and email accounts.

9. Your choices and deletion requests

Use the contact form or email hello@lnchkit.com to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (e.g. certain U.S. state laws), tell us which rights you wish to exercise and we will honor applicable requests.

10. Children

The $199 checkout page is offered to business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies).

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates means you acknowledge the revised Policy.
