Information we collect

• Contact details you give us (name, email, phone, business name, and intake answers).
• Stripe payment details needed to take payment. We do not store full card numbers.
• SMS and email content you send or receive from us.
• Basic site and device analytics if we enable them (pages viewed, browser, IP).
• Public business-listing phone numbers when we reach out B2B about this service.

How we use it

• To deliver the page, checkout, ads copy, and related service you bought.
• To reply to sales and support questions.
• For low-volume B2B SMS: an initial message and at most one follow-up, unless you continue the conversation.
• To process payments and prevent fraud.
• To run and improve operations.
• To comply with law.

SMS

We send low-frequency B2B text messages to the number you provide or that is listed for your business. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Sharing

We share information with Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS), and hosting, email, or analytics providers as needed to run the service. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.

Retention

We keep project, payment, and communication records as long as needed to deliver the service, handle the $297/month care plan if you buy it, meet accounting and legal duties, and resolve disputes. We then delete or de-identify them when we no longer need them.

Children

This service is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
