Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the $199 checkout page and related services offered by lnchkit ("we," "us," or "lnchkit"). Contact: use the form at lnchkit.com/contact, or email hello@lnchkit.com. Website: lnchkit.com.

By paying for the $199 checkout page or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

2. The product

The $199 checkout page is a one-time digital service: we build a one-page mobile checkout for your local service business, wire in your Stripe Payment Link so customers pay you (not us), and deliver a live URL you can share. Price: $199 USD, one-time. It is not a subscription, not a full website rebuild, and not a guarantee of sales or income.

3. Ordering and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe via our published Payment Link. We do not store your full card number. After payment, Stripe should redirect you to a short intake form (business name, services, prices, Stripe Payment Link, and contact details). Delivery starts when that intake is complete. If the redirect misses you, use the contact form on this site or email hello@lnchkit.com from the address you paid with so we can send the form.

You are responsible for providing accurate intake information and for maintaining a working Stripe account and Payment Link. Money from your customers goes to your Stripe account under Stripe's terms with you.

4. Delivery timing

Our standard promise: if your intake form is complete by 4:00pm Eastern Time, we deliver the same day. If after 4:00pm ET, we deliver the next day. If we miss that window, we will either finish at no extra charge or refund the $199 (your choice), communicated by email. Holidays and force majeure may delay delivery. We will tell you as soon as we can.

5. Refunds and cancellations

• Before delivery starts (intake not yet submitted, or we have not begun building): contact us via the site form or hello@lnchkit.com for a full refund of the $199 purchase.
• Within 7 days after delivery: email hello@lnchkit.com within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the $199.
• After delivery starts (we have begun building from your intake): the fee is generally non-refundable after 7 days, except where we miss the same/next-day window described above and you choose a refund, or where required by law.
• Chargebacks for delivered work without first contacting us may be contested. Please contact us first. We resolve issues directly.

6. Your responsibilities

• You own or have rights to the business name, copy, prices, and branding you provide.
• You comply with Stripe's terms and all laws applicable to your services and payments.
• You do not use the $199 checkout page for illegal, fraudulent, or prohibited goods/services.
• Small post-launch copy or price tweaks to get you working are included in good faith. Major redesigns or new products are out of scope unless we agree in writing.

7. Intellectual property

Upon full payment and delivery, you may use the delivered checkout page for your business. lnchkit retains rights to our templates, processes, demos, and brand. You may not resell our templates as a competing productized service without written permission. Demo pages on this site are illustrations only.

8. No guarantees

We deliver a working checkout page as described. We do not guarantee traffic, bookings, revenue, SEO rankings, or third-party uptime (including Stripe or hosting). The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, lnchkit's total liability arising from the $199 checkout page or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific order giving rise to the claim ($199 for a standard checkout page). We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Virginia, unless applicable law requires otherwise. Informal resolution via the site contact form or hello@lnchkit.com is preferred first.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will change when we do. Continued use of the site or new purchases after changes means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes affecting an order already in progress will be communicated by email when practical.
