Who we are

These terms are between you and 48-Hour Offer Launch (lnchkit.com). Contact: hello@lnchkit.com. SMS: (571) 351-1505.

Services

• Launch: $1,497 one-time.
• Launch + Run: $1,497 for the build, then $297/month for care. The first care month is included. The build and the monthly care plan are separate payments.
• Lead Machine: $4,997. We take one or two of these a month.

Launch includes a written offer, one mobile-first page, Stripe checkout, three Google ads plus keywords, five follow-up messages, and a turn-on checklist. Care (if purchased) is hosting, a monthly copy refresh, ad tending, and a one-page monthly report.

Delivery

We ship within 48 hours of a complete brief (the six intake answers). If we miss 48 hours, we finish the work or refund what you paid for that project. That is the only refund promise.

No income guarantee

We do not promise you income, leads, customers, ad performance, or revenue. Anyone who guarantees customers from a page and ads is lying. The 48-hour promise is about delivery time, not results.

Your responsibilities

• Give accurate brief answers and the access we need (Stripe, ads accounts, copy).
• Use the page and ads lawfully. You are responsible for your claims and offers.
• Pay your own ad spend. Ad spend is not included in our fees.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. The $1,497 build and the $297/month care plan are separate Stripe checkouts. We do not store full card numbers.

SMS

We may send low-volume B2B texts about this service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opt-outs are suppressed.

Intellectual property

After paid delivery, you have a license to use the materials we created for your business. You may not resell our templates or generator as your own product without a separate white-label agreement.

Who we will not take

We decline clients whose offer is licensed medical, legal, or financial advice. We can refuse a project that we cannot deliver in 48 hours or that we believe is unlawful.

Liability

Our liability for a project is capped at the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, lost-profit, or lost-revenue damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
